Head of Home Sales & New Community Launches
Samara
Samara seeks a Director of Home Sales to own the sales and sellout function for our single-family homes. You will manage absorption, price realization, and closing targets across active communities, and build the in-house sales capability as volume grows. Reporting to the VP of Development, you will partner with Marketing, Project Management, and Finance to ensure underwritten absorption pace. Responsibilities include pricing strategy, broker selection, model home launches, buyer tours, contract #J-18808-Ljbffr Samara
