Getting help with healthcare shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. Yet millions of older adults are left to navigate providers, insurance, benefits, and everyday needs on their own. For folks 65+, navigating this maze is a matter of life and death: the difference between thriving independently at home and declining rapidly in a nursing home. 

Ez Health is building a consumer healthtech company to change that. We pair clients 65+ with a human guide armed with a suite of custom AI tools to help them find answers, coordinate support, and solve problems so they can stay independent. 

We currently serve seniors through a Medicare-reimbursed model. But seniors are the starting point for a broader vision: giving everyone a trusted partner to help navigate healthcare and life.

Ez Health is cofounded by a team of veterans who previously cofounded and scaled Noom to a >$3.4B valuation.We’ve raised $26M from investors including Primary Venture Partners and Construct Capital to accelerate that vision. We are a very lean team, and are looking for our first senior operations hire. 

Thousands of clients already rely on Ez Health as their lifeline. You will help us build the operations that will let us serve thousands more. 

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on founding operator who is scrappy, low-ego, and extremely high-output and strategic. 

Our service depends on guides doing complex, meaningful work every day. As we grow, we need better onboard guides, plan capacity, share knowledge, launch new add-on services, and make sure clients get consistent highest-quality help.

You’ll work closely with founders to build systems that let us scale. Some days, that means digging into data to understand a bottleneck. Others, it means talking with guides on the ground, redesigning a workflow, or getting a new program up and running. 

We believe that designing great operational processes is like designing great products: it takes obsessive attention to detail, keen insight about people, and scrappiness to create operations that scale. What You’ll Do

• Help Guides succeed. Improve onboarding, training, tools, and workflows so frontline teams can do even better work with clients.
\n
• Make day-to-day operations work better. Find friction, understand what’s causing it, and implement improvements that hold up as we grow.
\n
• Help us put resources where they’re needed. Support workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and caseload allocation.
\n
• Make processes repeatable. Build playbooks and a knowledge bases that people can find, understand, and use.
\n
• Take projects across the finish line. Coordinate across teams, clarify ownership, manage timelines, and keep decisions moving.
\n
• Use data effectively. Track operational performance, spot recurring issues, and measure whether changes are working.
\n
• Bring new services to life. Coordinate launches, work through the operational details, and turn early learnings into repeatable processes.
\n
• Stay close to the people doing the work. Gather feedback from guides and team leads, test improvements, and adjust based on what happens in practice.

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or a related role.
\n
• Experience in a growing organization where priorities evolve and processes are still being built.
\n
• Examples of processes you’ve improved or projects you’ve personally taken from an idea through implementation.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills: you ask good questions, get to the root of an issue, and bring structure to unclear problems.
\n
• Comfort using spreadsheets, operational data, and performance metrics to make decisions.
\n
• Good judgment about what matters most, what can wait, and when to bring others into a decision.
\n
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
\n
• Clear communication and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
\n
• A willingness to get into the details, learn unfamiliar areas, and take responsibility for the outcome.
\n

Experience in people-intensive or customer-facing operations is a plus. Healthcare experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• 135,000–200,000 base salary per year, plus equity. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, scope, location, and other job-related considerations.
