We are a fast-growing, performance-driven salon, and we're looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first-time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue, while being the friendly face of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who:

• Enjoys talking on the phone
• Is naturally personable and persuasive

• Wants control over how much they earn

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
• Sell memberships and retail
• Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

Pay:

• Hourly base + commission + bonuses
• Typical earnings: $17$20/hr+

This is a part-time permanent position: This is a 20 to 30 hour per week role requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential.

Must be available to work Sundays 12-5 as needed.
