Physician - Endocrinologist

Job Summary Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) Medical Group is recruiting a Board Examinable/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join the Multispecialty Care team in O'Fallon, Illinois. Key Responsibilities Provide endocrine clinical care to patients across all ages. Participate in after-hours clinic calls (clinic only, no hospital call). Maintain EPIC EMR documentation and coordinate with dedicated support staff. Position Requirements Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA (prior to start). Board examination of endocrinology (BE/BC) with M.D., D.O., or MBBS. Completion of accredited endocrinology residency; board certification or eligibility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Compensation Pay range: $310,000 – $381,000 annually. Benefits Two-year salary guarantee with potential for additional earnings. Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) loan program. Up to $150,000 in student loan assistance. $2,500 monthly fellowship stipend starting upon signed contract. Sign-on bonus.
