Physician - Pulmonologist

Position Overview HSHS Medical Group, a physician‑led multispecialty practice in O'Fallon, Illinois, is seeking a Board‑Certified (BE) or Board‑Eligible (BC) Pulmonologist to join our established, growing outpatient practice. H‑1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Primary location: O'Fallon, Illinois – just outside St. Louis, with convenient access to metropolitan amenities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pulmonary care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including robotic‑assisted bronchoscopy. Maintain and grow an established patient panel through referrals and proactive patient management. Collaborate with primary care, specialists and multidisciplinary teams at HSHS St.Elizabeth’s Hospital. Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and patient communication. Qualifications Medical degree (M.D., D.O. or equivalent). Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA registration. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology. Completion of an accredited pulmonary/critical‑care residency program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required). Controlled Substance license for Illinois and federal DEA (when applicable). Proficiency in delivering care to adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $455,000 – $531,666. Competitive two‑year salary guarantee. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified. Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment assistance. $2,500 monthly fellowship stipend upon contract signing.
