Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to suit individual circumstances and preferences.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions that are regularly reviewed and updated.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services to address immediate needs, including safety planning when required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, contributing to the overall quality of care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.

The clients you serve will encompass a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, particularly within the context of hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
