Job Details Salary: $14 to $17 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Stewartsville, NJ 08865 Position Summary As an Automotive Tire Technician at Madison Honda, you will install, balance, and repair tires and wheels while delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist customers and team members as needed. Key Responsibilities Install wheels and tires accurately and efficiently Operate tire balancers and machines safely Complete work orders and related paperwork thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and equipment Assist customers and co-workers with various tasks Perform additional duties as assigned Work Environment & Schedule This is a full-time position based in Stewartsville, NJ. You will work in a fast-paced automotive service environment focused on quality and customer care. Job Requirement:Qualifications Experience performing inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Positive attitude with high energy and teamwork skills Superior customer service abilities Ability to read and understand instructions clearly Good judgment and problem-solving skills Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required ASE certification or demonstrated technical aptitude strongly preferred Technical or trade school degree is a plus
