Job Title: Front Desk Manager Company: Diane S Lebedeff Work Setting/Location: In-Office City/State: Arnold, MD, Broadneck Medical Center Employment Type: Part Time Salary/Pay Range: $19.00/hr negotiable depending on years of medical office experience. Benefits: 401K, Paid Time Off Position Overview: Join our team for an amazing position. Friendly, polished front desk person desired. Must be able to multi-task. Check-in and check-out patients, computer skills a must. Needs knowledge of insurance, must answer phones (2 lines), schedule patients, file, collect co-pays and be able to chat with patients to make their experience feel welcoming and pleasant. Smile, care, respectful… laughter too! We have a 32-year-old established 1-doctor practice. Reception/front desk is the first person an individual meets. Job Qualifications: High school or medical program a must. Preference: medical or in-office experience. This is a very important position to the practice. You are the first person an individual meets!! People skills, phone etiquette a must. Job Requirements: Answer phones, 2-lines. Make appointments on computer. Multitask with check-in and check-out. Collect daily co-pays and general fees for service. Basic knowledge of insurance. Filing. Organizational skills a must! This is a small office which is very busy.
