Fraser has been in business for 66 years, we are a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and provide excellent benefits, competitive compensation and diversification...allowing you ample growth!Job Scope:Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair commercial trade HVAC systems, equipment, and componentsPerform preventative maintenance of commercial HVAC specific systems, equipment, and componentsAccurately document all job-specific troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Service work orders and submit them to the Service Dispatcher in a timely mannerParticipate in Emergency On-Call Service rotation for installations and repairsCommunicating effectively with customers and service team to build strong relationships internally and externallyEducation: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), Vocational School Training is helpful but not requiredExperience: Four to ten years of related experienceSkills & Abilities:Computer Skills: Field to Base computer training will be provided.Certificates & Licenses required: Massachusetts Refrigeration License, EPA certificate.Other Requirements: Valid Drivers License - Class D & OSHA 10 CertificationOther Requirements (Trade Specific):HVAC - Must have a strong working knowledge of commercial chilled water systems including Chiller (centrifugal and reciprocating) and Tower equipment, pumps, piping, associated controls, and electrical circuits.All Trades - Must have knowledge and familiarity with local/regional Vendors and Manufacturers Representatives
