Line Cook

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, cooking food to order, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy pots or pans Excellent time management skills Food handler's permit Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed If you are a dedicated and experienced Line Cook with a passion for culinary arts, we would like to meet you.
