Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Litigation in Oakland, CA. Responsibilities Lead trials and depositions Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters Lead a team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants Requirements Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Must have at least three years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation and trial. Must possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Must be able to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must have experience leading a team of associates and paralegals (preferred). Must exercise common sense in complex situations. Must be adaptable and possess meticulous attention to detail. Must reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Oakland, CA.
