Administrative Assistant - Pharmaceuticals This range is provided by Aequor. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Job Details Title: Sr Administrative Assistant II Location: Princeton, NJ Duration: 12 Months Required Skills Experience supporting high-level executives. Ability to independently manage schedules, coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and resources in a fast-paced environment. Experience with administrative support. Capability to think through projects of diverse complexity and execute independently from start to finish. Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex instructions. Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, judgment, and flexibility.
