GC, USC Senior Telecom/UCaaS Engineer with expertise in Avaya, SIP/PSTN, IVR/call flows, CCaaS (Five9/NICE/Verint), UCaaS (Teams/Zoom Phone), SIP trunking, networking (QoS/VLAN), troubleshooting tools (Wireshark/SolarWinds), and cloud voice migrations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Telecom, Voice Engineering, or UC/CC platforms
- Strong experience with Avaya (Communication Manager, Aura, CMS)
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, NICE, Verint, etc.)
- Experience with UCaaS platforms (Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone)
- Strong understanding of SIP, PSTN, IVR, and call routing
- Experience with SIP trunking, number porting, and carrier management
- Networking fundamentals (QoS, VLANs, RTP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud migration (on-prem → UCaaS/CCaaS)
- Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
- Experience in large enterprise environments
