Join Our Team at Southern NH Medical CenterCome work at the best place to give and receive care!About the Job:As a crucial member of the Patient Care Services team, the Admission Nurse plays a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses. Working closely with the Emergency Department and Inpatient units, the Admission Nurse facilitates the admission process for patients coming from the ED or the community.
