Key Responsibilities Process daily cash deposits and analyze denials. Convert liability self-pay accounts to commercial insurance. Support discharge coordination and assist with downtime maintenance. Train new hires and resolve departmental issues in supervisor’s absence. Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years registration experience in a trauma or high-volume outpatient setting. Knowledge of medical insurance, state and federal assistance programs, and authorization requirements. Proficiency with Flowcast, EPIC ED, and computer applications. High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of IDX training program. Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and computer skills. Understanding of EMTALA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
