Why You Will Love This Opportunity Competitive pay: $23–$24/hour based on experience 3rd Shift schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential Collaborative work environment Benefits available through Adecco Responsibilities Inspect parts using visual inspection techniques and precision measurement tools Support First Article Inspections and revision verification Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections of molded and finished plastic components Assist with SPC initiatives and customer quality requirements Support quality plans and production start-ups Document, investigate, and help resolve non-conformances Collaborate with Engineering, Molding, and Finishing teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of plastics manufacturing experience Strong cosmetic inspection knowledge of plastic parts Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Familiarity with CMM equipment and inspection techniques Basic SPC knowledge and computer proficiency Strong communication and documentation skills Position Details Location: Oxford, CT Shift: 3rd Shift (11 PM–7:30 AM) Pay: $23–$24/hour DOE Immediate Opening Temp-to-Hire Adecco Staffing is a global leader in workforce solutions, offering Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities.
