Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, business strategy, finance, consulting, or analytics Proven expertise in managing complex budgets, forecasting, and investment planning Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level insights Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability Nice to Have Skills: Experience with digital and offline marketing channels Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies such as incrementality, attribution, and customer lifetime value Track record of influencing senior leadership through storytelling with data Experience in process improvement and building scalable planning frameworks Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or strategy roles Other Requirements: Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Culver City, CA Willingness to participate in annual and quarterly planning cycles Passion for leveraging data and strategic thinking to solve complex business challenges Bring your expertise to a pioneering team and help shape the future of our marketing landscape. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $65.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
