Your role as a Human Resources Coordinator will allow you to ensure smooth operations and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. You'll become a valued member of an innovative and dedicated group of healthcare professionals and leaders. This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills as a Human Resources professional. Responsibilities: Manage and process accurate and timely biweekly payroll. Handle system changes related to new hires, terminations, job changes, and other payroll-related adjustments. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting job openings, monitoring incoming candidates’ numbers, participating in selection process and making offers. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Warmly welcome new team members while providing essential information to properly navigate the organization as they begin their roles. Administers benefit programs for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events. Serves as a point of contact for team members regarding benefits-related inquiries. Maintains accurate and up to date human resources records, documents, and files. Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data privacy regulations. Coordinate and organize employee engagement events and lead the organization’s FUN committee. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experiences). Previous experience working in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Payroll.
