Compensation: $90k + Commission (OTE ~$120,000) Modality: Remote FLSA Exemption: Exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm What you'll be doing: Establish or re-establish relationships with partners in your designated territory – including potential partners Communicate and articulate the company’s value proposition with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales goals Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding of new relationships and the success of new accounts. Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to groups of people as needed (both virtually and inperson). Develop strategies and programs to promote increased sales for existing vendors which will result in added financing volume for Clicklease. Effectively use available resources to better understand the Partner's industry and business. Keep management informed about geographic and market opportunities. Diligently use CRM ( Salesforce.com ) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes. Travel for in-person meetings – up to 75% What you have: Engaging and personable; able to partner with client and stakeholders to develop influential relationships. Exceptional communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment, build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and work independently with limited supervision. Thinks Critically - ability to understand our business and its evolving needs. Strong time management and organizational experience. Consistently brings an engaged, positive attitude and likes to WIN! What will make you stand out: Minimum of 2-5 years' relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales. Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software. Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred. Equipment finance a plus.
