Area Sales Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

To drive sales performance across multiple areas, the full-time Area Sales Manager will oversee teams to meet quotas, recruit and train sales representatives, and develop regional sales strategies, while working both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee sales performance and ensure teams meet or exceed quotas Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to promote professional development Develop and implement regional sales strategies and conduct market research for expansion efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or regional management role Experience in conducting market analysis and leading regional expansions Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
