Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team in Carrollton, TX. The company specializes in the repackaging of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, including medications such as Advil and Tylenol.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, support sales activities, process customer orders, and maintain accurate records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and delivery status.
• Process customer orders, sales orders, and quotations accurately.
• Assist customers with product availability, order updates, and general product inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
• Follow up on quotes, pending orders, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and shipping departments to support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and order documentation.
• Enter and update customer orders in the company's system.
• Communicate order changes, delays, and discrepancies to customers and internal teams.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer account maintenance.
• Follow company procedures for handling product information and order documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical supply, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
