NorBella Prior Lake , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team!

NorBella Prior Lake is located in Prior Lake, MN, resting between agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods northwest of Lower Prior Lake. This quaint setting provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining convenient for visiting family and friends. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm), Every Other Weekend PMs (4pm-9pm/2pm-10pm) & NOCs (10pm-6am)
HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
