This position offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and operational support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach Recruit, train, and oversee licensed support staff as your business grows Compensation & Incentives Commission-based compensation structure Performance-based bonus opportunities during the initial 3 year program period Additional incentives tied to new business production and growth milestones Marketing and lead generation support available Note: Compensation and bonus eligibility are based on meeting program requirements and performance criteria.
