Systems AnalystDynamic work schedule - This is 5 days on site a month in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.Location: Smithfield Rhode IslandMUST HAVE:At least 8-10 years of experience in this roleShould have primarily focused on system analysis that involves data since we are a data-heavy organizationStrong SQL skills are preferred – not looking at developer level, however SQL is mandatory for any analysisGood communication skillsThe role is part of one our Data Squads. The person will be working across FI and in some cases across other Business Units as well. The team consists of the Product Owner and other developers and this person will be responsible for working with our business users and identifying and detailing the requirements.The expertise and skills you bring:7-8 years of systems analysis experienceExtensive experience working directly with business and detailing their requirementsStrong SQL and Data skillsCan connect with the developers / QA directly and ensure they can understand what the requirements areGood Communication skillsWorked in an agile teamFinancial domain experience would be very advantageousThe value you deliver:Proven passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areasExploring new technology products and using them to help our business needsWorking on teams to improve efficiencyDelivering system analysis by working with business partners and customers to understand and deliver accurate requirement information to team members.
