• Lead and oversee complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
