Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOptim Marketing is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing Charlotte team.You'll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand, helping customers with products and services they already know and use every day — home internet, wireless service, and smartphones.No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance into leadership.What You'll DoMeet with customers face-to-face in assigned Charlotte-area territoriesHelp customers compare options for internet, wireless plans, and smartphonesRecommend products and services based on each customer's needsLearn and follow a proven sales processWork toward individual and team sales goalsWhat We OfferPaid training — no experience requiredUncapped commission-based earning potentialWeekly pay and bonus opportunitiesPerformance-based advancementLeadership and management developmentTeam events, travel opportunities, and a competitive team environmentTop-performing representatives can earn $1,000+/week, with team leaders earning $1,500+/week.
