Biology Teacher ~ Caesar Rodney High School

This posting is for a full-time Biology teaching position at Caesar Rodney High School. Individuals who will be eligible or possess Secondary Science Teacher - Biology certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must apply online. Qualifications Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Secondary Science Teacher - Biology. Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out of state teaching license. For out of state candidates: an educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License; applicants with one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience, will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility. Pre-employment Requirements Individuals must provide official transcripts (if applicable), updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation. All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
