Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, strengths, and available resources, guiding treatment planning and approaches.

• Provide therapy through individual, family, and group sessions with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions to track progress effectively.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Implement risk assessments, crisis interventions, and safety planning to support clients during critical moments in their therapeutic journey.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
