Atlantic Colony Venture II, LLC (DBA – Homewood Suites)
Atlantic Colony Venture II, LLC (DBA – Homewood Suites) seeks an experienced finance professional to lead the hotel's accounting function. You will oversee monthly statements, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure accrual accounting accuracy across the property ledger. The role requires strong analytics, cash flow planning, tax compliance, and collaboration with external auditors and lenders.
