Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist

U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teamsand we'd love for you to be part of the journey.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions, including:

• Navigating and applying policies and procedures
• Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Contributing to team projects
• Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks

Schedule

• Part-Time: 1519 hours per week
• Days: MondayFriday
• Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM6:00 PM
• Minimum: 4 hours per day

Location

• Saint Paul, MN
• Hybrid: 3 days in-office required

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience OR
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience

Skills & Experience

• Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
