Recruiting Assistant

Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting support Strong knowledge of HR practices and familiarity with recruiting processes Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experienced with HRIS and ATS platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service What You’ll Do Post open positions internally and externally across multiple job boards Coordinate interview scheduling and administer pre-employment testing Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding instructions to new hires Enter new hires into systems and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate setup Conduct reference checks and manage employment verification process Track and process recruiting invoices and expenses Provide administrative support and assist with additional recruiting projects as needed What Success Looks Like All open roles are posted promptly and accurately across designated platforms Interview coordination runs smoothly, ensuring a positive candidate experience New hires are onboarded efficiently with all systems and documentation completed Recruiting processes are executed with precision, compliance, and attention to detail Strong collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams to meet staffing goals Salary Range: $62,000 – 68,000 annually, based on experience Location: Washington, D.C. – On site Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
