Sola is hiring a Founding Account Executive in the United States to bring our AI-native enterprise automation platform to Fortune 500 customers. You'll own the full sales cycle, shape our go-to-market, and partner with the CRO and founders from day one. This is a hands-on, equity-rich role with uncapped commissions, a base salary in the $137,500-$187,500 range, and significant upside through OTE and equity as a founding member.
