Food distributor is looking for a Sales Admin to join their busy office! Looking for someone who can ensure daily sales office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description:
- Manage, mentor and support the Sales Admin & Sales Marketing executives.
- Assist with Order Confirmation, input orders into system and submit orders to Logistics Dept.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor Inventory levels and report changes
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Perform weekly reports
- Provide basic sales admin work as needed
- Microsoft Office including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
