Location: Georgia (Field Role | Occasional office visits required in Alpharetta)
Pay: $75K$100K+ Base plus commission, flexible based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Direct Hire | Primarily field-based
Our client is a growing company in the cabinet and building solutions space, specializing in direct-to-builder cabinet sales throughout the Atlanta metro region. What sets them apart? They are looking for you an experienced Senior Sales Executive with deep roots in the Atlanta builder community to own and grow a territory, bring your existing relationships to the table, and hit the ground running in a true hunter role. This is a direct hire opportunity with serious earning potential for the right closer.

- Build and grow cabinet sales across the Metro Atlanta/Georgia region
- Leverage your established builder relationships to win new business from day one
- Meet with customers, builders, and visit job sites this is a field-first role
- Act as the face of the company in the market, operating with autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom
- Manage and grow a ~$3M+ book of business
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in the cabinet industry (non-negotiable)
- Direct-to-builder sales experience this is a must-have
- Proven track record of winning new business and closing deals
- Established relationships with builders and decision-makers in Metro Atlanta
- Experience managing $3M+ in annual revenue
- Backgrounds in cabinet dealerships, distributors, or manufacturers strongly preferred
