Hyve Solutions, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. Position Summary The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and manufacturing positions. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles supporting the assembly of energy-efficient server, storage, and networking solutions. Positions recruited for may range from warehouse associates and manufacturing technicians to engineering and professional-level employees. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, and team fit. Develop and post job advertisements through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and community organizations. Actively source and engage qualified candidates through innovative recruiting strategies. Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements through approved vendors. Partner with Human Resources to support onboarding and new hire orientation activities. Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and workforce development resources. Identify and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities that align with business needs. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activities within Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience in a corporate, manufacturing, technical, or high-volume recruiting environment. Proven success sourcing and attracting qualified candidates across various skill levels. Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ability to effectively engage candidates and assess motivation, qualifications, and fit. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and business leaders. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices. Manufacturing or technology industry recruiting experience is preferred. Why Join Hyve Solutions?
