Help Build Great Teams in a Fast-Paced Distribution Environment as a HR Associate!

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated and organized HR Associate to support hiring, orientation, and workforce operations within a distribution environment. This role combines recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and administrative coordination to help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for warehouse and distribution positions.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.

Orientation & Onboarding

• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork and employment documentation are completed accurately.
• Introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
• Support a positive onboarding experience for new team members.

Administrative Support

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain records, reports, and presentations.
• Track employee information and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce planning activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and personnel records.

Distribution Center Support

• Partner with warehouse and operations leadership to support staffing needs.
• Coordinate hiring activities to meet operational demands.
• Support employee engagement and workforce initiatives within a distribution environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience facilitating employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Distribution center or warehouse environment experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting.
• Human Resources or staffing coordination experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
