Call Center Representative

Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls. Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Must have extensive phone experience and be computer literate. Providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs is essential. Analyzing a situation, identifying the core issue, and finding an effective solution is necessary for the role. Other assignments as necessary.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience required. Bilingual, strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and effective problem-solving skills are must-haves.
