Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention, including stabilization techniques and referrals to community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with New York state regulations, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n
