Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, using both standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to create comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of clinical records.

• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary treatment team via remote communication, participating in case discussions and treatment strategy sessions to provide integrated care.

• Guide clients and their families through the complexities of mental health and addiction treatment, fostering understanding and empowerment as they navigate recovery.

• Stay current with mental health best practices, integrating recent research findings into therapeutic work to enhance client outcomes and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our facility, you will work primarily with adults facing mental health challenges exacerbated by substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State, with no professional disciplinary actions in your history.

• Proven experience in clinical social work practice, specifically in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
