Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform tailored treatment plans that may integrate individual therapy, group therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that focus not only on overcoming dependencies but also on cultivating lasting, positive change and personal empowerment.

• Establish realistic and ethical treatment goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring these align with both regulatory guidelines and best practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, while actively contributing to the accuracy of patient treatment plans.

• Conduct chart audits in collaboration with the clinical director, ensuring that all notes related to individual and group therapy are documented and signed appropriately.

• Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with clients, clinical team members, and stakeholders to enhance the client experience and improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
