The work setting for this position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with the clinical team. However, you may occasionally visit our detox center to engage with clients in person as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that encompass both individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on overcoming dependencies and fostering personal growth, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to change.

• Establish realistic treatment goals in collaboration with clients, adhering to ethical and legal protocols, and continuously monitor their progress.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation, including thorough client assessments and detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Engage in collaborative chart audits with the clinical director, ensuring that treatment documentation meets established standards.

• Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to promote a cohesive treatment environment.

• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical supervision sessions, contributing to collective decision-making processes and sharing insights.

• Involve yourself in quality improvement initiatives that aim to elevate the level of care provided to our clients.

• Coordinate care effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinical professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive treatment that addresses all aspects of their health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California.
