Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients through individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group interventions, ensuring that care is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and working collaboratively with clients, families, and treatment teams to create integrated care plans that facilitate access to essential services.

• Monitoring client progress towards achieving their individualized goals and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, many of whom may come from under-resourced backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in the State of Arizona.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or crisis intervention will be preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with local community resources will greatly enhance your ability to serve our clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position falls within a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
