Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your vital role will encompass the following:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to determine their individual needs, strengths, and challenges, creating tailored treatment plans that may include individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions aimed at addressing dependency issues and encouraging personal growth, using evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals that adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring they feel empowered and involved in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using our designated software, documenting client progress and symptoms to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Regularly partner with the clinical director for chart audits, contributing to the continuous improvement of our treatment protocols and documentation.

• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical supervision sessions, fostering an environment of collaboration and support among peers.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the services we offer, ensuring our clients receive the highest caliber of care possible.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
