Key Responsibilities\n

• Individualized Treatment Plan Development: Utilize assessments to create customized treatment plans incorporating individual and group therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Therapeutic Services: Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in overcoming dependencies and fostering resilience through evidence-based practices.

• Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals, adapting to their progress and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal protocols throughout the therapeutic process.

• Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments and maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records. This includes detailed progress notes and treatment plans adhering to all state and federal regulations.

• Chart Audits: Partner with the clinical director to perform chart audits and ensure all clinical documentation meets the necessary standards.

• Team Collaboration: Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Participate actively in team meetings, clinical supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.

As a licensed clinical social worker with The Forge Recovery Center, you will engage with clients facing significant challenges related to mental health disorders and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current and active LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
