Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and mental health evaluations to identify concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to the needs of individual clients, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish and nurture therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for clients with accessibility challenges, and utilize advanced telehealth tools to enhance client engagement.

• Document all sessions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain patient confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training in our proprietary care pathways to remain current with evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will directly contribute to their emotional and psychological growth, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and navigating electronic health records (EHRs), as well as utilizing the Google Workspace for collaboration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
