Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a supportive virtual connection with clients. As a full-time team member, you will have the opportunity to design your own schedule to ensure optimal work-life balance—allowing you to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and as much as you desire. Our user-friendly counseling platform enables effective service delivery while keeping paperwork to a minimum, significantly easing your administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions using secure video chat technology to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Performing thorough and ongoing assessments to understand each client’s unique situation and needs.
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and progress of clients.
\n
• Teaching clients effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills tailored to their specific challenges.

• Regularly reviewing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance in managing life’s challenges. These clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, or stress management. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and enhancing their quality of life through effective, compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring that you can provide comprehensive care to your clients.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficiency in using digital tools for virtual care delivery.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a teletherapy setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with online counseling platforms and electronic health records can be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
