This role develops technical capabilities that extend beyond standard data product delivery and helps the organization solve higher-value problems through predictive insights, automation, and emerging technologies.90% technical / 10% business communication.Must understand high-level concepts and explain them in meetings.Capable of both coding and engaging with stakeholders.Candidates must communicate effectively first, with technology as a supporting attributeDuties & Responsibilities:Design, build, and implement AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytical solutions that address complex business needsEvaluate technical feasibility, define solution approaches, and develop prototypes or production-ready components for innovation-led use casesPrepare, test, and validate data, models, logic, and solution components to ensure quality, reliability, and business usefulnessPartner with Data Solutions Leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align advanced solutions to business goals and operational needsMonitor, maintain, enhance, and document deployed AI, ML, or automation solutions to support sustainability and ongoing value realizationOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong experience in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or intelligent solution developmentProficiency in Python, SQL, and other technical tools used for data science, automation, and model developmentExperience designing and implementing predictive, classification, recommendation, optimization, or LLM-based solutionsAbility to evaluate technical feasibility and translate business problems into scalable technical approachesUnderstanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model testing, validation, and solution monitoringExperience integrating advanced solutions into business processes, applications, or reporting environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business partners, Data Solutions Leads, and other technical resourcesAbility to work through ambiguity and build practical, production-minded solutionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree5-7 years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferredInterview Process:Round 1 (Remote, ~1.5 hours)1 hour technical (SQL, Python, AI exercises, 20 min each) on CoderPad30 min behavioral questionsRound 2 (On-site, 1 hour): STAR panel for candidates passing technicalAbout ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis and Talent SolutionsExperis is a global leader in technology services and part of the ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) family of brands.
