New ROCKRUSH Retail Store Location in Houston, Texas.

Location opening in First Colony Mall, Sugarland.

Now hiring sales positions at our flagship retail location in Houston.

Are you passionate about diamonds, jewelry, and creating unforgettable bridal experiences? We're a modern, lab-grown diamond jewelry boutique in First Colony Mall, specializing in stunning bridal pieces. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team!

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients in choosing the perfect piece for their big day
Educate clients on lab-grown diamonds, jewelry craftsmanship, and the unique aspects of our bridal collections
Handle sales transactions, assist with inventory, and maintain our beautiful showroom
Who You Are:

Have a basic knowledge of diamonds and/or jewelry, OR are passionate about the industry and excited to learn
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, with a knack for styling and a love for creating memorable experiences
Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge
Assist in online marketing in modelling certain jewelry for social media
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technical aspects of jewelry sales, such as diamonds and metals
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
