Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to be part of our expanding imaging team, dedicated to delivering superior patient care. Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out a diverse array of ultrasound studies, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during examinations, providing clear explanations at every phase
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure top-notch diagnostic results
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, reporting any technical issues without delay
• Keep meticulous records and update patient data within the electronic medical records system
• Stay informed about the latest techniques and advancements in ultrasound imaging

Education and Credentials

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Required Certifications

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
