- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- A background in accounting, banking, or finance (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
